My beer typically changes every week, mostly IPA's, however I almost always have some Sierra Nevada in the fridge to fall back on.

I have a set of their crimpers that I use that are alright, but that's about as fast as I'd go. The cutters on them are about as sharp as a butter knife, but I have other cutters I use.
