Acetylene torch easy with rod. Done that in the Army on a jeep.

I had a electrician in my shop when built. 240 line with two outlets, one weld bench, one big door for outside work.Only one used at a time, so no biggie me.

Step drill it. Small to large bits

When done, tanks shut off, regulators (screw handle) loosened and drain the hoses at the torch. Don't leave regulator diaphragms under pressure........
