BD, I have a patio that is cracking and not level, and I got a couple of quotes for somebody to mudjack it level. The price was about the same as tearing it out and putting in a new patio. I did learn that a local rental place rents the equipment to do it myself, for a fraction of the cost. But...

Very nice! I personally like the fixed base vices, especially since I figured out I never swivel them around. But that's just me, maybe others prefer the swivel base. Thank you for posting the pictures and the story behind them.
