AA/FC: Thank you. For showing trust. As far as kinking goes, you're right that it comes with the design of the hose. The braiding in the hose helps (over spiralling polyester) but we believe in constant improvement and will fix it (at least to an extent) soon. Also, more feedback is appreciated...

Also, a couple things about the listing description. The hose reel is a tough and heavy reel. The hose is ultra-light. And the bend-restrictors are those like on the hoses and not like the one shown in the reel photo which is probably an older one. We will get the listing corrected but still...
