I have tried HF wire in my Millermatic 200. Both .023 and .030. Absolute ****. I checked some known good stuff against it with a caliper. The HF stuff was smaller and would not feed well at all. Never again. Put it in my scrap barrel and only use name brand stuff. That's my experience any ways.

I put my hacksaw away. I would say that the little M12 bandsaw is the handiest tool I use on a daily basis. Works awesome on emt, small rigid and strut. Cuts seal tight and thread rod. I can not see going back to roughing with a hack saw.
