    When is your closing date on the house ? I didnt see if you are living it it or not but if you are not you should do a final walk through before the deal closes and if it not to your satisfaction I would tell your lawyer and see if you can withhold something or insist the builder fix it properly

    The wall will need to be supported before you take the framing out, You should have an engineer size the beam you would need for it to be sure and not have it sag later on. Myself I would prefer the 2 doors over having 1 big one but if you need it wider then it is possible

    Plywood or OSB

    If you are using a metal sheeted roof and strapping it you dont need any plywood. Your metal will screw to the strapping. If you are using an asphalt shingle I would only use plywood OSB has much less strength

    Air compressor issues

    I am pretty sure it has reed valves take the head off and be careful not to destroy the gasket. I have seen those valves not seating and you can try and flip it over or try to flatten it back out so it seats tightly.Make sure no dirt is holding the valve up before you try to reseat it

    It looks like it was put together wrong snap on should fix that under warranty if the internals are broke find a truck or call snap on to get a repair kit

    Hein Warner Floor Jack
