    Thanks! Having a little bit of fun since it was delivered around 2 today. Getting used to the loader and trying to make sure the bucket is level or tilted downward slightly is kinda aggravating. hahha Guess I need the level indicator rod for some help. The forks worked dang good to move some...

    Thanks! Yeah, my wife even mentioned, "don't you want a garage door on the back"? I may have one framed in, like a 6' wide roll up door and install it in the future. Will discuss with the GC so he can eye roll again on a change order. lol When he called to tell me the plans had been approved...

    The barn lights arrived yesterday. Even came with LED bulbs. They seem like "okay" quality, the goose neck and mount are pretty dang stout. Each light came with about 7' of hookup wire. I'll edit this post with some better pics later.

    Thanks! Yeah, between the rain (75" since February 2020) and getting the property ready to build on has been a VERY long road. The next ten days are supposed to rain free and the builder said he wants the concrete in place by the end of next week. So...I'm keeping my fingers crossed. lol Good...

    Overflow pan that is used under HVAC units in attics? The one that goes under the blower unit. Those come in various sizes and also have a drain port. :)
