Welp, went ahead and painted the garage and added new light fixtures. The place looks like a thousand bucks! The floor really detracts from the whole thing now. I think I've decided on @LegacyIndustrial Hellfire coating because of the ease for DIY install plus its chemical resistance...

Also considering spray foam in SE MI. Let me know if you end up getting it done.

Thanks guys. I've got them priced at $1000 and $800. Shot myself in the foot about a year ago when someone offered me $1200 for the Proformance and I declined (I wasn't looking to . The reason I'm looking at selling them is because I actually picked up a US General gen 1 44" box with top box...

What do you guys think would be fair prices for these tool boxes? Big top drawer one is missing the key and one drawer doesn't lock. Smaller drawers one is only 22"" deep and needs some slides replaced. Also has some paint flaking on the bottom edge.

Saw Stop patents are starting to roll off right? Buy what you can use now, and then when the time comes, reevaluate. Maybe Saw Stop will have to become more competitive on pricing, or maybe the Bosch (or other competitor) saw doesn't get cease & desisted like it did in the past/

Welp, given my relatively short timeframe, I suppose I will lean it against a wall for the next 6 months and just sell it off once I'm done with it

Need to vent the soffit before insulating and installing the ceiling. Temps make the vinyl soffit brittle, so waiting for them to come up.

Basically I just need it to finish my ceiling this summer. After that, I will sell it.
