My issue is not that SK is Chinese made, it’s that they’re Chinese made and still charging USA manufacturing prices for somewhat mediocre tools. They also aren’t really doing any innovation or anything remarkable outside of a few things like the X wrenches. Companies like Tekton and Milwaukee...

They lost all appeal to me after they started importing their products. If I want to buy import tools there’s a lot better options and availability. Being USA made was one of the few selling points for SK in my opinion.

Superior Abrasives 2” ceramic roloc is all I buy for my shop as far as grinding discs. I like SAIT for 3” cutoff wheels. Abrasives are for sure one of the places that you get what you pay for.
