That’s how I feel. I want the newer one for the light and the slightly smaller size but I can’t justify it with how good my first gen has been. The only excuse i can think of to justify it is so I can leave the first gen in my truck for a flat tire scenario and have the new one in my garage.

I’m actually sitting in the garage and could measure some but not sure if I have inside calibers that work to get an accurate reading for you.

So what’s next?

Anyone see the underbody m12 light?

I agree. M12 made interior work so much nicer. It’s possible to use them for assembly but I still prefer the feel for final tightening. ***** that a few idiots ruined it for all of you. The tools have a progressive trigger. It’s not just an on/off switch but I know common sense isn’t so common...

Only got to go to the slot car tracks a few times in the 90’s before they closed. Wish we still had some around, would be a fun winter hobby.

Sometimes stuff is so rusty I have to hammer the next size down and spin the rust off. Then hammer the second size and so on until it grabs. There’s been times I ended up 4-5 sizes below what I started with.

When you work in the rust belt you use every size American and metric.

Flip it over and work on it upside down. Could also use cribbing and brace it. Don’t use cinder blocks.

I like the idea but can’t think of a time I would have ever needed it. If space is that tight I’m probably using a die grinder.
