I'm hoping to get a answer I Pick up a old 623 Baldor bench grinder 1/3hp 110V. I plug it in and it turn does not seem to have enought power. I can almost stop it with my finger. The bearing seems to be ok. I'm just wondering if the capacitor is bad. I look at it and was going to replace it but...
