Ready to go plasma...new or used hi-end or cheap-o

I'm ready to buy a plasma cutter, I have torches and use propane...messy cuts but effective. Should I go used, high-end or new, cheap-o? Well I guess if you can call $6-700 cheap, you get where I'm going. I know that I'll get all kinds of advice, but that's what I'm here for....Thanks guys!

Snap-on Bicentinnial box, what to do...

Snap-on Bicentennial box, what to do... I picked this up over the week-end, it's pretty crusty I know. It's a KRA 59B with a 1975 date. I've only seen a couple of them, and I am not in very deep on the $ so here's the question. Do I clean it up the best I can and fill it up? Do I try to restore...

    Stripping copper wire

Has anybody built anything to remove the insulation from copper wire? My idea is two steel wheels that adjust to split the insulation. If anybody has tackled this, show us what you did. Thanks
