I am replacing my lamp post cable and live in northwest Illinois. What is the recommended depth to bury the cable?

I am looking to replace the wheel bearings on a 2007 Accord. I know a 20-ton hydraulic press is likely ideal but I see the press kits for about $60 and many youtube videos. Does anyone have any first-hand experience with the kits and is it suitable for replacing the bearings, or too much of a pain?

Ok I asked this in another unrelated thread I started but got no replies, so here goes: wihatools.com has some pliers on sale. Originally I was going to stick to Knipex but with Wiha on sale it might be good deal. How are their pliers? I have never handled them.

Is there any difference between the old black handle series and the red colored ones? I see they have the black ones 50% off and was wondering if the handles are the same texture.
