Floor is crack filled and diamond grinded down. I am thinking about getting a 2 part Sika 261 for my floor and using a Sika 181 for the lip that goes outside and is exposed to the elements. It is a 23 x 33 garage heated year round. Is Sika 261 an epxoy or is it that polyasparti stuff? Should I...
