I understand that I need 3 way switches for my loft stairs. I plan to 3 way all the loft lights, not just over the stairs. Is there a code requirement for how close to the stairs the bottom switch has to be? The bottom of my stairs is in the middle of my floor, approx. 12 feet from the walls.

I'm building a pole barn this summer and we're down to the last step on the material order, picking the colors. Please post a pic of your pole barn or other metal skin structure and tell me what colors you chose.

Planning a pole barn. Assuming soffit and ridge vents. No ceiling/attic. I am paranoid about condensation/dripping. I am not planning to insulate other than what is necessary to keep the inside dry. Is the bubble insulation sufficient, or would OSB and felt be worth the additional expense?
