I'm need to buy a drywall/decking screw gun. Looking at DeWalt or Rigid. I see speeds for either 2500 or 4000 RPM. Any tips in best speed to use for average homeowners/DIYer. I've already been told to buy hardened tips the minute I buy the gun. Input appreciated.

Lots of posts about epoxy itself but few cover the details of how people handle the transition by the garage door from painted to bare concrete. Just tape it off? Does it become the fast wear spot? Go heavier with the epoxy near the door?
