    Is that normal?

    Hi, I own a pair of snap-on PWCS7CF and the cutting blades don't touch. They cut solid wire pretty good but with stranded wire it always leaves a few strands un-cut. I was wondering if some of the guys that own these pliers could tell me if they are like that by design or if it should be warrantied
