I posted a few days ago a little desktop press. I cleaned it up a bit so it did not look so rough. I was going to polish the brass, but it like the "patina" against the dark color. May cut some bronze color letters out and letter my own brand on the spine for looks.

Hey folks, I picked up this small press today. I would love to know if any one knows who would have made it. It is cast aluminum with a brass insert and screw, plunger is steel. Thanks in advance.

My small shop floods when it rains. The water is seeping in between the concrete slab and the cinder block wall. When it dries out, how would you guys seal it? I have diverted all the water I can on the outside as much as possible. It leaks in during bad downpours. Thanks for any suggestions.
