    Too top heavy of plan for vise?

    Will my idea work? I have 2 4"x8" rect tubes. I plan on welding them together, as a top and 2' of 4"x8" rect tube under it, Then weld that to 3/8" plate for a base.     how straight is YOUR blade!

    Do all milwaukee 6230 deep cuts have slightly crooked blades? I want to mount a 1/4" top to it but the blade is not parallel to the screw holes and the body. Some pics of the saw and my template.... i have both degrees of what's parallel, the blade is the angled lines, the straight is in line...

    unknown TIG filler rod type

    So when I bought my Lincoln it came with a lot of filler rods. I figured which were aluminium, but there is a bundle I can't figure out. They're not magnetic, rules out ER70S. They are a brass'ish color but duller....maybe silcon bronze?

    Need more Juice!!

    My new shop/fan cave (TV room) has a 100A service sub panel in it. I've found that i need a couple more 220v outlets in my shop. Is my only option to have a 200A panel replace the 100A? I've read about running the power off the meter buss and not through the house panel, like it currently is...
