I like to wash my car inside the garage. Does sitting water damage the garage floor (assuming it is epoxyed with a clear coat)? Also, is it absolutely necessary to diamond grind the edges of my garage? I ask because my grinder will not reach the very edges (inner once 2 inch border). Thanks!
