I picked up an old Hein Werner 4 ton and I have a few questions. I'm not sure if its low on oil but when jacking up my truck it only lifts at the last bit when the handle is almost horizontal. Also I don't see any bends in the frame but when the jack is fully lowered it rubs against the frame...
