Okay, this is by far the best place to go for anything garage related. Is there a similar house building forum that you came across? I'm in the process of planning a house build and I was looking for the same type of forum that we have here just for houses.

I'm building a 24x24 garage, attached to my house and the roof will be a patio top. The roof beefed up to carry the load, plywood on the joists, 60psi insulation board then the rubber roofing, epdm paver pads and then slatefaced pavers ontop. I still have to finish the roof off and the drains...
