New house and garage build

So I thought I would throw up my house plan that I put together to go to contractors with. I'm planning on going to the bank in two months so we can start the build in the spring. I figured I would let you guys look at what I have layed out so far and let me know any changes or ideas you have. Its a ranch on a full basement with an attached garage. My wife has knee problems so I cut down on our bathroom sizes to squeeze in a laundry room onto the same floor. The living/dining/kitchen ceiling with be vaulted.

I already have a 32x36 garage on the property so this garage will be for parking our daily drivers only.
