So I'll keep this simple, this thing is easily 60-70 years old, it was my grandfathers. I am not 100% sure what I am going to do to it just yet, but I do want to really clean it up, modernize it a tad and just make it work better for my small 20x20 garage. Would LOVE some ideas from you guys...

Now it's nothing special, a standard attached 20x20, Its a mess at the moment, but tomorrow I have the outdoor storage unit delivered, so I can clean it out, then comes insulation, drywall, paint, new floor( possible Rust Bullet ) and all new storage and I am going to restore my grandfathers...
