Anyone have an idea what this is for? it kinda looks like a gun scabbard, but i don't see how the side pouches would work. I thought it was a tool wrap when I grabbed it, but it has zippers on each side to place something inside it. Looks like somebody had it thumbtacked to a wall. :dunno:

Can somebody tell me what the name of this tool is so I can buy more? I'm not really interested in the roloc discs, i don't want to have to buy more sanding discs and what not. with this backing disc I can cut whatever I want to size and put it on here, i've used scrap pieces of sand paper...

i figured out a 36" fence stretcher will fit those plastic garbage cans perfectly, it'll center itself on your ball hitch too. works pretty good. now i'll end up using this fence stretcher once a week instead of once every couple years.. if you have a long driveway you probably have one of...
