I bought a used Snap On cart with the sliding top. When we moved it I had to lay it on its back in the truck. Now it won't unlock. I had advice to pick it up a few inches and drop it to shake it loose but the key will still not unlock it. Does anyone have a solution other than: "call Snap On" or...
