I am building a 40 x 30 garage and we will have about 8 feet of block wall that will be filled and the garage built on top of it. Should i insulate the inside of the block wall before they fill it or just leave as is? Thanks!

Hi everyone. I am looking to build a 30x40 garage with 12ft ceilings. I would like the ability to have 4 car lifts in the garage so i would be able to store 8 cars in it if needed. Would this be big enough for that? I would have 2 garage doors at the front (30 feet wide at the front)...
