Started playing around with layout (60x50). Thoughts? Sides/rear of the building do not lend to any real opening (to get cars in/out) due to trees, etc. What other items should I consider? Also considering a Mezzanine over the left side of the shop (20x50)

I am going to build a shop/garage in the backyard. Looking at 60' wide, 50' deep. Plan on storing at least 6 cars to start and a 24' boat. Will be installing a 2 post lift, and probably 4 post stackers if I buy more cars. I'm in Florida. Not sure of the best "layout/floorplan". Also, steel...
