    Snap-on Ethos upgrade?

    I just picked up a New Old Stock Snap-on Ethos scan tool with the obd1 kit. All the stuff was brand new in the box. Its only running 8.4. Can it be updated to the new 16.4 or is it too old?     Harbor Freight Transmission Jack

    I have never bought anything at Harbor Freight. I have noticed one item I am interested in. Is the 800 lb ****** jack any good. Item #60234 or Item #69685. They both are the same price. I think one lifts 2 inches higher. Opinions...
