I just picked up a New Old Stock Snap-on Ethos scan tool with the obd1 kit. All the stuff was brand new in the box. Its only running 8.4. Can it be updated to the new 16.4 or is it too old? I bought it at a pawn shop for $125.00. I figured it would work on my vehicles 2005 f150 1999 mountaineer 2000 astro cause 8.4 will work on pre 2008. Correct? Any info would be appreciated.
