Hello to all, Just purchased a used Milwaukee model 40. When I tried it out, I noticed that it will not lift to the advertised height of 24"(it will stop consistently at 19.5 inches). Usually, this indicates low fluid however, I have attempted to fill it 3 times per the maintenance instructions...
