Need to make an extension cord to get 240v to my welder (Vulcan migmax 215). My dryer is gas so the 240v 14-30 outlet is not being used and this outlet is only 15ft from my garage. Not a 240v expert so want to make sure I’m doing this right. Plan to wire the extension like the diagram below...
