    Hey there, New to the forum. First time home owner in the Southern Washington area. Bought a new build a year and a half ago. Not tons of experience with DIY stuff, but thanks to a friend and my father-in-law I'm trying to learn and do as much as I can to my house on my own. -ey3ball
