Think it's a good deal provided it works well? Anything to look for when testing it? I couldn't get anything to come up with the model number listed on google.
Awesome video
I'm not sure if this has been posted on here before or not but this is amazing. Check out some of the guys other videos too. There are things he does with his woodworking equipment that will change the way you view your shop.
I recently found my local tractor supply to have the 35ft version of the flexzilla air hose for $16.99 each. I bought two and got 70ft for the price of 50ft.
I recently purchased my first home and want to hook up my compressor. The motor on it is 2hp and 230v. There is a welder hookup in the garage and I would like to run it off of that. The only issue is the plug on my compressor does not match the wall receptacle. Which wires go where? I have...
I have been waiting for this day for years. I closed on my house yesterday at 22 years old. I hope I can remember to update this as I go. The garage is a 3 bay with an attic that has a 6ft peak. 24x28ft. 672 square feet. It is almost as big as the house which is 744 square feet. :lol_hitti It's...
I've had this router for a couple years now. I got it in a package tool deal via craigslist. My guess is that it's from the late 60's. I finally got some bits from harbor freight and started using it and decided a router table was in order.
Got the top at my local Habitat Re-Store for $3...
Here are the details for my compressor motor. I can change the male plug to match if it will work.
I can switch an outlet and light fixture but that is about the extent of my electrical knowledge.
I found this old thing in the basement. I was originally going to use an old 110v dryer motor with a 5 gallon bucket but I think this will work too. It was in the house when we moved in, I wouldn't use it for ice cream anymore but I'm running my first few pieces through right now.
First few...
My roommate and I have a dryer in the basement that turns but puts out no heat, actually we have two like that down there. Third one was the charm and no we didn't spend money on them at all. I was thinking about turning it into a parts tumbler of sorts. Any ideas on what type of abrasive to...
Im not sure how to wire up my 240v 30amp heater. Ive done regular 120 outlets before but this is different. Im using 10/3 with ground. The wire has a red, white, blue and copper ground. Now im not sure which color goes where with these.
i have finally "cleaned" it enough to where i can put a car in there so i decided to post some pics. its not really clean but i finally got everything stacked away, not everything in the garage is mine because i am currently living with some family
Picked this up at a garage sale a couple years ago for $2. My black and decker drill fits in there perfectly. When I finally get my garage clean, I will mount it to one of my workbenches. Anyone else got something like this?
Was draining some oil out of some of my buckets today and realized I hated holding the bucket there waiting for the oil to drip out. I made this today to solve that problem. Just found some old screen and some rope and voila! I keep the oil in that bucket until it fills and then its off to recycle.
I wasn't sure where to put this. Mods please move if necessary.
Whenever I paint and need to plug a threaded hole to keep out the paint I use disposable ear plugs to fill them. Anybody else?
Thought it was a useful tip you guys might want to know.
I have a 2HP Montgomery Ward 20 Gallon Air Compressor circa 1970. Got it off of craigslist for $90. It works great I have been using it a while then I realized the oil has probably not been changed in a while. So I went out and bought some Kobalt non-detergent compressor oil. I decided it might...
