    Snap On F80FOD Not as Advertised?

    I bought what was supposed to be a "brand new" Snap On F80 on ebay for $60. What arrived today appears to be a used F80FOD with rough rivets, a tiny knick in the head and a scuff on the handle. I sent the seller an email. What would you do?
