The second coat of epoxy (Devran 224HS) was applied 5 days ago, how long can I wait to apply the clear-coat (Devthane 379UVA)? Today (Sunday 8/9) is cloudy, humid, 85 degrees; is it okay to apply it today? Forget this .... I applied it ... good, bad, or indifferent, it's done!!!

When applying the second coat of epoxy (Devran 224HS), apparently I missed some spots (See pic). It was not noticeable until I brushed the floor for loose flakes. I want to do my garage floor in an Epoxy finish with the Flakes, except I want an 18 inch solid border around the garage floor perimeter. What's the best way of accomplishing this?
