Clear-coat Application

The second coat of epoxy (Devran 224HS) was applied 5 days ago, how long can I wait to apply the clear-coat (Devthane 379UVA)? Today (Sunday 8/9) is cloudy, humid, 85 degrees; is it okay to apply it today?

Forget this .... I applied it ... good, bad, or indifferent, it's done!!!
