    Is this concrete sealed?

    I read that water drops are suppose to "soak in" to the concrete, but mine isn't soaking in at all which leads me to believe that it has some sort of sealer on/in it. Can anyone confirm this for me and perhaps offer some advice on how to remove it? The slab is pretty old, maybe 25 years old...
