Quickest flooring solution?

Finished diamond grinding my floor but it still seems to have some sort of sealer in it. I guess 12 hours of grinding didn't take off enough concrete to remove whatever the hell was in there. I need to get my shop open ASAP and honestly I'm over the flooring aspect, so now I'm looking for the quickest solution out there. Something that will make the floor a uniform color preferably and something I can pick up locally would be even better, so I can finally put this behind me! Who would have though, so many choices

If you have not taken off the sealer there is not much else you can put down. It may be that it just looks that way, but all sealer is removed.

It sounds like your concrete is very hard and the diamonds just polished the surface so to get a better idea use a watering can and spread water in different sections to see if it soaks in or not. If it beads you will have to acid etch - lots more work.

Not much help I suppose for a quick decision.

Hydrochloric (muriatic) acid won't remove sealer..... well maybe water based and it really just eats away the cement it's attached to. It also won't remove paint, glue or mastic.
