    building a 2 car garage with a shed dormer to gain experience

    20x20 tired garage is too tight for 2 cars (for me and my very elderly dad), also on the wrong side of corner address. People drive to the mailbox which is on the correct street, scratching their head looking for the expected driveway. I hope to self-build a new garage (minimum of 24x24) now...
