It’s an 8 of some kind but it’s so small I can’t really tell. For reference it’s a little TM70B. To me it looks like 1938 but they didn’t make TM70s back then and I believe the logo would be wrong. It’s not boxy enough to be 1968, and I don’t believe the logo or cover plate would be correct...
