I bought this set at an estate auction for $130, oxygen is empty and acetylene has some in it. My question is, when i open up my acetylene tank with the regulator CLOSED, the output gauge maxes out and it just pours out the tip. Are these regs hooked up wrong? Or is it a bad reg? This is how...

I'm happy with my purchase for $130...it included everything. I've used torches many many times but I'm not sure where to set my regulators...anyone willing to give me an idea?
