    Luxury Tool

I've seen similar threads about you're most "Must have tool" or "Tool that is definitely worth the money" threads but I was thinking, what's a tool that is absolutely not necessary but is so nice to have, it's a luxury? A lot of tools are pretty job specific. You either can or can't do the job...

    Storing Plastic Tool Kits

Taking a work brake and bumped into this. My home garage I have a few of these things and don't have a good answer. So far best I've got is having them stored book shelf style on their ends and then putting a label on them so if someone who is not me goes to get something, they can find it too.

I'd like to get a pressure washer for cleaning the moldy/green tree pollen **** that collects on stuff around the house (garage siding, shed siding, front door cement pad etc.) and I'd like to use...

    Overhead Door Threshold

Since I bought my house I have struggled with water coming in under the garage door. The garage was built in 1973 and is a detached, oversized single car garage. The drive way is 60' or so long leading up to it and then slopes down towards the garage door the last 15'. So water will always be...

    Owners Manuals

I was reading the recent article and posts of people keeping shop note books and all the various options and alternatives people use. Which got me to thinking about the user/owners manuals for various tools, equipment, household appliances etc etc. How do people store them? Do you keep them or...

    New Member!

Long time reader/lurker! Like many others I stumbled into the site via the 12 Gauge Garage. A few years later I have purchased my first home, with the starting point for my garage. A little about me: I know very little of construction code/methods but I'm not a stranger to swinging a hammer...
