I am clearing a space on the side of my house: 14 feet by 25 feet. This space connects to one wall of my 3 car garage. Has anyone built any type of outside garage, or garage with a canopy connected to thier main garage? I'm in southern california, so weather is not an issue. thanks,

I finally cleaned out the junk from my garage. I am all about having an uncluttered work/car area. Check it out, yes it's small, but unlike 90% percent of my neighbors it's uncluttered. My next task is to figure out which type of floor I want, epoxy, concrete stain, tiles, etc...
