I have a project that is made out of MDF that I want to paint with automotive paint. What it the process. I was thinking off sanding and going right on with the prime but I worry about it just absorbing the primer. Any thoughts or other ideas?

Hi Ianm from the Hamb. I mostly read and keep quiet over there.. I have a small garage 15x20 which I do everything in.. paint, weld, engine work. right now all i got is my Karmann Ghia in there but it will soon share space with my Model A. Things will be getting tight.. As for me my name is Matt...
