I acquired this 64-505 torque wrench at auction a few years ago and now I need to use it at max rating. It makes cryptic reference to causing damage to itself by improper use. I see from online listings that it is supposed to come with 4 bars, but I did not get any with it.

I just bought this at a consignment sale. I assume it is a tire changer, possibly for motorcycle tires? I was hoping somebody will recognize it so I can find more info. Google images did not help. It is too nicely made for home made and there is no provision for centre post. The foot pedal lets...
