i'm giving it 2yrs i'll be 27 then and it's time to buy a house.

been doing construction since i got out of high school, metal work, paint and body work at my buddys shop on the side. i pay rent so i guess i'm not free loading i just love my garage to much to leave...lol. for heat i have a salamander heater on the small part of the garage and a space heater...

the house is right beside the garage not shown in the pic. yes i shower in house and use the restroom use the kitchen for cooking but most my time is spent in the garage where i sleep.

i meant to say if i move out everything in the garage gose. tools, cars, atv etc.
