Painting cellar walls with Dryloc waterproofing paint. It's very thick but I heard it can be sprayed.....don't see how it could without thinning it and I don't want to do that. Any application advice? Thanks

You're correct about Grants having 5 holes but they usually have a Grant signature engraved into the spoke.

I have a double scissor 7000lb lift that I keep outdoors but don't use in very cold winter days. I assume it is the hydraulic fluid getting thick in the cold that makes it run slow until spring comes around and was wondering if anyone makes a multi-grade fluid that would perform like a lighter...

You're asking the wrong forum. Go on a drag racing/hotrod site. I've seen professional drag racers carrying multiple containers of alcohol and fuel in their trailers all the time. They probably have more to lose in their trailer than most guys here have in their garage, they'll tell you solid info.

If this helps....I have a Twin-Busch double scissor above ground lift. I have it mounted outdoors on a 6" pad in front of my garage. It lifts cars and trucks 72" above ground, open center area to work on trans removal etc. So far works well, keep covered in winter months in NJ.

FYI....I bought a Twin Busch TW S3-19, raises 72", plenty of room underneath and no obstruction to trans, rear etc. Very happy

have used it for years, I cover it with Saran Wrap before I hammer on the lid and then store it upside down. Never a problem.

I believe the air is only used to lift the locks when it's coming down. On the way up the "lock flaps" should be only moving up and down with the notches in the shaft and if it failed it would theoretically only fall the inch or so until the flap fell into the next notch.

First off, don't follow the directions that come packaged with the lift. Use the manual that is available on their website, it fairly easy because the manual tells you to follow their directions with all valves closed when you begin....a small point the instructions in the package neglected to...
