I just bought a open box bendpak xpr10-as for $2799 shipped.

I paid $75 for a local place to rebuild a ram from my rotary a few months back. A hydraulic ram is a hydraulic ram. Just because it’s in (insert specific name brand and model of lift) doesn’t make it so special that only that company can rebuild or replace it lol.

I can’t wnvision what’s going on exactly. Most jacks lower by twisting the handle counter clockwise to release pressure. Or by taking the handle out and inserting the end of the handle onto a ****** and twisting it counter clockwise to lower as well.

Little update here. Got the seal replaced and cylinder installed back in the lift. After I hooked up the hydraulic line I hit the lift button. First mistake was doing this alone. Second was not paying attention to making sure to guide the cylinder into the top hole of the carriage. I guess when...

Check out this thread of mine. I picked up the exact same lift a few years back. Had sat outside for years with just a plastic bag covering up the motor. I ended up buying a parts kit from some place that included new sheathes for the safety locks cable, new equalizing cables, some assorted...

Yeah they seem pretty basic. A rebuild kit is only like $25 from rotary. But I took mine to a local hydro shop. Going to let them do it. They said around $75.

Lol. Any hydraulic shop should be able to rebuild them.

For anyone searching this sometime in the future, it is a 9/16-18 JIC thread on the hydraulic hoses. Or a #6 JIC as the local hydro store called it. About $2.50 for a plug and cap. And PattenP was dead on the procedure to take it out. Raise the lift all the way up, and set it down on the locks...

I checked the top bleed screw. It’s right and dry up top where is the other bleed screw? It really seems as tho it’s coming from where the rod goes into the sheath.

What I would think but a video I watched about bendpack said they use a JIC thread. So not sure.
