Picked one up actually. A steal at $5 - a solid metal tool box. I personally like the patriotic imagery on it as well. The flag is just a sticker, and is not painted on, unfortunately.

Received mine yesterday... They look accetable, but not what you would expect from a brand new product, unfortunately. Chrome scuffed, far from shiny. I remember getting USA made Craftsmans just a few years ago - they were so shiny, you could shave by using them as a mirror!

My overall experience with GW is that their chrome scratches very very easily. I have a set of GW wrenches that have been simply laying around in a toolbag along with some craftsman ratcheting wrenches (USA). The CM are like new if you wipe them with a towel. The GW look like chrome covered...

I wouldn't be suspicious. If you're an honest person, and you seriously discover that there's an issue, eBay will resolve your problem. If you look, he has multiple other auctions going on. If someone seriously wanted to defraud you, the last thing they'd do is call themselves "fakrs."
